Frederic Schellenberg appointed Managing Director of Algeco Polska!

We are pleased to announce that Frederic Schellenberg has assumed the role of Managing Director of Algeco Poland.

Mr. Schellenberg is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in operational, procurement, and leadership roles within international technology companies, specializing in their development and dynamic growth. He notably returns to Algeco Poland, where he previously held multiple key positions across several countries between 2006 and 2012, and again in 2022. His Algeco journey began in 2006 as Procurement Manager for Central Europe. In 2008, he became Operations Director for Eastern Europe, and from 2010 to 2012, he served as Managing Director in Poland. In 2022, Mr. Schellenberg played a key role in launching our Operational Excellence program as Operations Director for ENSE. Following his earlier tenure at Algeco, he was successfully developing on behalf of international players the offer of Engineering Services in Poland through organic and external growth.

His complementary sectorial experience and exposure to companies with different levels of maturity will be an asset to address our very dynamic market shifts. Agility, innovation and performance will guide the future development of Algeco Poland.
