Operations means everything we do to ensure the safety, quality and excellent technical service our customers and employees expect. The range of activities is very wide, from the preparation of operational strategies and support at the local level to regional activities. Operations with us are also the process of logistics, warehousing, repairs and services for customers. The functioning of this department is based on effective planning, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations regarding safety and sustainable development. It is also a necessity to constantly learn and update knowledge - in this area it is difficult to talk about monotony.

HR supports the company's business strategy by providing tools and consultancy in the field of labor law, corporate policies or the broadly understood policy of acquiring and developing employees. The scope of responsibility includes, among others: recruitment, human resources, payroll, employee development, HR Partnering. The goal of our team is to support solutions that will ensure satisfaction from the cooperation of both parties, the employee and the employer. This allows you to achieve the goals of the organization, often having the so-called "fun" from a range of different initiatives for employees.

Without the IT team, our computers and communications wouldn't work as well. The IT team are the people who make sure everything runs smoothly so that others can continue working without worrying about the technology that supports them. In addition to creating, monitoring and maintaining IT systems and services, the team tries to implement system and technology improvements.

The task of our Finance Team is to support the organization in achieving its business goals. Within our structures, we have the following departments: controlling, accounting and debt collection. Our colleagues not only make sure that we, as an organization, record all operations correctly, but also provide valuable information that supports managers in making the best business decisions.

Our Technical Department is responsible for supporting the areas regulating the smooth functioning of our company. It is of invaluable importance in the context of the implementation of a number of activities, including supply, servicing modules, ensuring the functioning of the 360 ​​Service and other technical tasks.

The more we can do for our customers, the better for our customers and our company. Our sales and marketing team helps us achieve our goals by generating leads and inquiries - from both new and existing customers - and converting opportunities into sales.

The Procurement Team takes care of the supply chain so that the products we deliver reach our customers on time and in the right quality. By implementing the purchasing strategy in cooperation with the structures of the Group, they ensure proper continuity of deliveries. In addition to great expert knowledge, they are a team of enthusiasts and people with a great sense of humor.
