Safety and fire protection

• Checking that sockets, light switches and radiators are working correctly;
• Inspection of the electrical installation – checking that sockets, light switches and radiators have been fitted correctly;
• Verifying that electrical bridging complies with the principle of equal load distribution;
• Checking the earthing;
• Testing the electrical installation;
• Checking the condition of the interior lighting;
• Checking the condition of the emergency lighting system.

Result: Certificate of electrical measurements (legally required).

• Checking the condition of the walls and floor;
• Checking that the window closing mechanism is working correctly (adjustment);
• Checking the condition of the seals;
• Checking that roller blinds and shutters are working correctly;
• Checking that doors, door handles, door closers, etc. are working correctly (adjustment);
• Checking the condition of the roof;
• Checking the rainwater drainage system.

Result: Technical inspection report.

• Checking the watertightness of the waste water drainage system;
• Checking the functionality of toilets, urinals, taps and water heaters;
• Checking heating cables and insulation at the joints in the plumbing system;
• Checking the watertightness and correctness of water and sewerage connections (on the Algeco side).

Result: Sanitary inspection report.
