The Fuzja Project – breathing new life into industrial heritage
Echo Investment – one of Poland’s leading property developers – has long partnered with Algeco to utilise mobile office and welfare containers across its projects. Algeco’s fully equipped, easily reconfigurable mobile facilities enable seamless project execution even in demanding, heritage-listed locations such as Księży Młyn. The company places strong emphasis on sustainable development, securing numerous environmental certifications for its investments.
Within the preserved 19th-century walls, a modern, multifunctional urban space is taking shape – combining residential units, office space, retail premises, and public areas. The construction is carried out on a site under strict heritage protection, which prohibits the erection of permanent site facilities or any lasting alterations to the historical landscape.
Project overview
Known as Fuzja, the scheme is set to transform the former industrial complex into a lively, multifunctional city district. It will include loft-style apartments, high-quality residences, commercial premises, and landscaped green spaces – creating a distinctive destination on the map of Łódź.
On-site facilities feature management offices, conference rooms, and welfare areas for construction teams – including changing rooms, canteens, and shower amenities. All spaces are delivered under the Algeco 360° Service, ensuring comfort, flexibility, and operational efficiency throughout the build.
